Smudge Spray
I literally JUST now got done making/using this to clean my room of energy/protect it from negative influences. I then used it to clean my own aura. Both tasks it conquered every easily and I could EASILY sense a huge difference in my room and myself.
Many of use use sage or other herbs to smudge regions and ourselves. But have you ever thought about putting it into a spray?
- Fill a spray bottle almost full with water.
- Pour sea salt into the water
- Along with a drop or two of Peppermint Oil (this is what I used, but feel free to use anything that speaks “protection” and “calming” qualities to you).
- Concentrate and Bless the water. Say a small prayer as well asking for the water to be blessed with protection and cleansing qualities.
- Ta-da! Smudge in a spray! Use it to clean ANY kind of energy. Your aura, your bedroom, your whole house, someone else’s aura, a dark ally way. Ya know, whateve’s.
